BROADBAND USAGE CHECK PROCEDURE.
1. Log on to http://bbservice.bsnl.in
2. Log on to Broadband Management Site.
3. Enter Portal Id. & Password and click SUBMIT.
4. Click View Usage.
5. Select Month.
6. Check usage.
7. Logout.
8. Close Window.

i followed the procedure of checking my account usage on http://bbservice.bsnl.in but after entering my portal id and password it gives me the message - "invalid id and password". i am using IE and have even enabled javascript and cookies for this purpose but it still doesn't work.
what do i do???
